HFT5000 - Heat-shrinkable Fabric Tubing | Polyolefin / Polyester

Applications
HFT5000 is made from a very flexible heat-shrinkable fabric and at temperatures above +110ºC shrinks to fit securely around a range of shapes and sizes. Designed to provide mechanical abrasion protection, noise and rattle suppression, for components such as rubber hoses, plastic pipes, and harness wiring bundles. The woven construction makes HFT5000 extremely flexible and resistant to trapping water, heat and humidity. It also provides outstanding abrasion, chafing and cutting protection, even at high temperatures.

Operating Temperature
• From -40ºC to +125ºC (3000 hours)
• From -40ºC to +150ºC (1000 hours)
• Minimum recovery temperature of +110ºC
• Recommended recovery temperature from +140ºC to +190ºC
• Maximum storage temperature of +60ºC
